To make the most of your Design Day, a little prep goes a long way! Once your day is booked, you’ll receive a short form to help me understand your goals, gather your content, and get everything ready ahead of time.

The day

Progress updates and feedback check-ins will be shared with you throughout the day to keep everything moving smoothly. The day wraps with a final walkthrough to review your results and next steps.

14 days of support

A quick check-in will follow within a day or two, along with 14 days of email support for any questions, tweaks, or extra guidance.

FAQs

All you need to do is find a day that works for you on our calendar and make payment.

You can book multiple days or half-days depending on your needs. I also offer month to month packages if you're looking for ongoing support.

Don’t worry! We'll send you a prep guide after booking. You’ll need things like website logins, branding assets, and a short list of goals.

Absolutely! You’ll get 14 days of email support after your Design Day for any project-related questions or quick fixes. If you need continued support, we also offer services like hosting, updates, maintenance, and tech troubleshooting. Whether it’s managing your website or fine-tuning your marketing systems, we've got you covered.

You can reschedule up to 72 hours in advance. Due to the limited number of VIP days I offer, cancellations are non-refundable but can be credited toward future dates.

Your design day will be booked at least one week in advance, so you’ll have plenty of time to complete your prep. If something comes up, you’re welcome to reschedule up to three days before your date without losing your deposit.

This is a collaborative experience, so your availability is super important. We'll check in late morning with the first round of updates and will need quick feedback throughout the day to keep things flowing. Be sure to choose a day when you’re free from other commitments so we can make the most of our time together. Not sure when to book? We're happy to help you find the perfect day.
